Item#: SCP-173

Special Containment Procedures: Item SPC-173 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. When personnel must enter SCP-173's container, no fewer than 3 may enter at any time and the door is to be relocked behind them. At all times, two persons must be looking at SCP-173 until all personnel have vacated and relocked the container.

Description: Moved to Site19 1993, little is known about item number SCM-173's origins. It is constructed from concrete and rebar and was once painted with Crylon brand spraypaint.

SCP-173 is animate and malevolent, if given the chance it will kill anyone within it's line of sight. It's weakness however is that it does not move while being watched. Despite this paralysis it is still highly dangerous; able to cover at least 2 meters in the literal blink of an eye. It typicaly kills by either snapping the victim's neck from behind, or grabbing the victim's throat and strangling him. Whatever animates SCP-173 does not give it much force with which to break things, as seen above a large room with unbarred windows is fully capable of containing it. It's grip however is unbreakable, as when it is not moving the statue is as hard and strong as concrete.

While left alone in it's room, one can hear a stone-on-stone scraping from within that is believed to be the sound of the SCP-173 moving about.

The reddish brown substance on the floor is a combination of feces and blood. We don't know (nor wish to find out) where it comes from or how it arrives but SCP-173's container will slowly fill with these substances. In order to ensure that bacterial growth within does not begin to damage the building it is contained in, and to maintain some level of sanitation, the enclosure must be cleaned on a bi-weekly basis.

I remember this thing from MONTHS ago, everyone wanted to make a massive catalogue of things the military found in a similar style. Great idea, but we had no organization. I think theres another 2 or 3 extra paragraphs that got written as well...

They went something like this:
Item#: SCP - 109-110

Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP - 109 is to be kept pinned to SCP - 110 at all times. If item SCP - 109 is removed from SCP - 110 under any circumstances inform the nearest supervisor and proceed to activate containment procedures 6 - 28, located at closest security posting, to prevent SCP - 109's escape. SCP - 109 is identified as possible supernatural classification "Demon type#112". When containment procedures cannot be met, refer back to "Demon Contaiment Manual".

Description: Item 109 and 110 were acquired from Sector 12b after initial discovery (History - see file 110H-a). Item 109 creates abnormal messages within mental workings, creating confusion and psychotic breaks in personnel. Item is identified at moment as type# 112 (Refer to Demon Containment manual). Object 110 is a white board of unknown origin, but has similar properties to styrofoam, however it is seventy thousand times more durable.

Under no circumstances are personnel to come within reach to item 122 due to possibility of infection. If infection is suspected, personnel are to be immediately removed to containment sector 1.

Hell, you could do this:
Item# SCP 1121

Special Containment Description: Item 1121 is a known serious cat. Any personnel suspected at having looked at the face of serious cat are to immediately be evacuated to medical facility before potential fatality.

Description: Serious cat, kept within Special Containment area 12-19 after incident on internet image board "4chan" and numerous casualties that occurred. To be isolated at all times.

Item#: SCP-98

Special Containment Procedures: No cameras of any kind must be brought within a .5 kilometer radius of the lead-lined titanium storage cell. SCP-98 will attempt to break out, seemingly detecting the camera's workings by some kind of large scale broadband sensor sweep that, without said lining, can extend up to roughly three kilometers.

Description: SCP-98 was located on a mission to assassinate a Central American drug-lord in Panama. The drug-lord apparently received the subject as part of a large shipment of drugs, further inquiries were fruitless. SCP-98's unique ability was well appreciated, however, and was put to good use against the surveillance equipment the team had. The only visual record of SCP-98 is this sketch by a member of the assassination squad.

SCP-98's inner workings must be dissected and recorded (via careful schematic sketching, no doubt) in order to make use of its spectacular anti-surveillance hardware.
