I propose that SCP-001 be the "administrator" of the SCP facilities. Write him up to be a mysterious entity although human seeming in appearance is clearly not. access to SCP-001 is restricted to only a handful of personnel. The reason he is the administrator is unclear but unquestioned.

Why does SCP-001 have to be the most brick shitting one? Should SCP-Zero be the best?

Also, What if the conglomeration of all the other SCPs make up the first SCP, like a sort of HIVEMIND of brick shitting objects. You could say that the building in which it was housed broke up SCP-Zero because it was too dangerous as a single entity.
