Hey /x/. I'm an amateur web developer and fan of /x/. I was thinking about using XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make a game loosely based on/inspired by the series of objects and their holders, and also inspired by the games Daymare Town, Seiklus, and the website Castle Arcana. If I were to do such a thing, what kind of things would you want to see in it?

Pic unrelated.

"An Hour And a Half With David Bowie's Cock"

No, that movie deserves the death penalty. Most things > Labyrinth.

Only the Hot Topic crowd enjoys Labyrinth -not cause it's good, cause it's ~alternative~.

I hate that movie, and mostly the goddamn fireys.

To be honest, I think the concept of a game based off of the Holders is a stupid idea. The only way to know how to handle each encounter is to have already read it... So you either have to play through something you've already read, or try to progress through trial and error (an even worse idea).

Some sort of sandbox/sim type game involving SCP's would be better... you know, like you have a giant area in the desert or something that you have to fill with containers to hold subjects. More subjects would keep getting added, and there could be random events like sabotage, escape attempts and attacks. There could be all sorts of factors to micromanage; like staffing, security, the parameters for each container etc.

I loved Labyrinth, but this may be a chick thing. I've never bought the merchandise though.

No Hot Topic in my country. So sad. And I'm not showing you my tits either, so you'll have to make do with Bowie's cock.

Hey man, I love Labyrinth, and I haven't shopped at Hot Topic in mah life.
But I'm a Brian Froud fan, so that may be why I like it.

yeha, its one of the classics, with Dark Crystal and Secret of Nimh.
its not just a chick thing, its a cool changeling fantasy thing. Henson ftw.
R.I.P.

TBH The Holders and S.C.P. are both lame, uninspired and ran into the ground. Maybe a game about talking to girls would be a better idea to terrify all of us /x/ophiles

Labyrinth. Great movie.
Brian Froud is awesome; actually met Wendy and Tobi Froud this year. The whole family's goddamn genius.

I'd probably play the game on some dull ass day.
