Hey /x/, i need help.
I have a composition due tomorrow, that in one paragraph of approximately 100 words, evokes an emotion, be it terror, happiness, anger, etc. in the reader. All i want is pointers so i can make bri/x/-shitting OC. I'll post it on here tomorrow after class.

tl;dr i want the best short-ish creepypastas to make new ones in the same vein.

Go reread some Poe for inspiration. That, or just troll like you normally do.

For the least amount of work evoke anger.

Just post about how Jews deserved the holocaust, eugenics is necessary, pro-pedophilia, etc.

But since this is /x/ try an entry from the SCP series.

It came during the night. Most of us were asleep, huddled together closely in our shanty. At first it was silent, but then it got louder as it got closer. The sound bored into your ears and brain with a paralyzing buzz. When we tried to move our limbs went stiff and numb. Then I could see it, but I don’t think it saw me. One by one it turned to the other people in the room and melted the skin off their bodies, their blood all fell to the floor like a shadow set free, and they were dead.

in4b fail/gtfo/etc - feel free to steal it for ideas or complete work. i wont hold it against you, im not in writing mode anyway. 100 words.

I like it. That first line is especially good.

"Daddy, I had a bad dream." You blink your eyes and pull up on your elbows. Your clock glows red in the darkness—it's 3:23. "Do you want to climb into bed and tell me about it?" "No, Daddy." The oddness of the situation wakes you up more fully. You can barely make out your daughter's pale form in the darkness of your room. "Why not sweetie?" "Because in my dream, when I told you about the dream, the thing wearing Mommy's skin sat up." For a moment, you feel paralyzed; you can't take your eyes off of your daughter. The covers behind you begin to shift.

This is my first try at creepypasta. It's not very good...

He turned around, he’d thought he’d heard something. Nothing behind him. Wheeled back around. He was terrified. He didn’t know what to do. He didn’t want to back up against the walls in the dark, it could be behind them. So he turned around again and started backing up. Seconds later, he realized it was a stupid idea to walk backwards, and so turned around. He saw the nasty thing, and heard its horrible high-pitched, demonic screeching, and felt no more.

Blatantly stolen from the random creepypasta section of http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/

When I showed this to my wife, she spent the next 2 days asking me "You'd tell me if this was real, right?"

"It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP."

Comes in at the low 90's word count. For bonus points, de-capitalize all the wake ups and make them subtly different. A slightly off-black color of print, make font size 11 in a font 12 paper, etc.
For super bonus points, tailor the final wake up to your professor. If the professor is female, hand-print the words "they finally caught him, honey, please wake up. Love -dad." in a bold, legible pen. If they have a child, make it "Mommy/Daddy, I miss you, please wake up" in barely legible crayon.

Weak ending, try discribing the thing a bit more, but at the same time, don't fully describe it, that makes psycological terror, and describe more the procces of the death.

Yeah, for some reason that really spooked me.

I'm going to print this about 500 times, and put it into every bridal magazine I can find. As stressed out as those girls already are, can you imagine what having this, written on a strip of paper, falling into their laps as they look over dresses will do?
Just how many will be pushed over the edge?
Look in the news for a rash of bride-suicides in Washington in the weeks to come, /x/philes.

hahahahahahahaaaa.....

I'll do it in WA too. We should make it a big thing and get tons of people on board.

>>948462

Even better, change the last line to PLEASE WAKE UP, SARAH.
You'll get fewer hits but the ones that you do get will be severely mindfucked.

>>948507
Niiiiiice. Ok, /x/, Anyone doing this, go with "Sara" or "Sarah"
1: there are a TON of Saras/Sarahs out there.
2: Every sara/sarah I've known has been a little screwed up in the head to start with.

Operation bridemind is go.

Cue coverup.

Jennifer seems more common IMO, I'll go with that.
