feel like helping with a school project /x/?

the assignment is to write about any creature, real or fake. i want to find the most obscure, terrifying, but not necessarily real or even realistic monster out there. this is where i came for suggestions, so how about a little help??

anyway south american demon woman who get this kicked off her own head and now flys around at night as a severed head with trailing organs strangling people and drinking their blood or something, to get her blated organs back in her body ( which she must do before sunrise) she soaks them in vinegar
