ps: the idea is that it can't move while someone is looking at it, so 3 people need to be in the enclosure at all times, two of whom must be looking directly at it.
it can move super fast while no one is looking, so even in the time it takes to blink, it can have it's hands around your throat, and you can't remove them because it cant move while you're looking.
